Lash Mahal Reviews

Horrible. DONT EVEN BOTHER BOOKING Showed up to an already booked appt no one was there turns out "I needed to pay a deposit" that does not say that at the time of booking so how am I supposed to know. Originally texted to get clarification on what happened and the customer service was horrible unapologetic of what happened and was like are you going to reschedule or no so you can stop bothering me type of attitude That's ridiculous. Awful not going there ever I would have been a first time customer and a regular lost good money with me

A liar by all means! So I came here a few weeks ago, and she forgot about my appointment. Texted me later saying she can “offer” me her service so I can remove the review I made, I did she but made me pay for the service. Funny, right? So I tell her I’m not paying for her service which looked ridiculous but I just felt bad for her and wanted to give her some positive energy. Slow as a turtle, couldn’t even do what a normal lash artist would do. And she calls the police for me. She’s so messed up, matter of fact, I will go to court on this!

i was looking for a new place to get my lashes done and was lead here through someone else and booking was the best decision ive made! the atmosphere is so warm and clean and professional and the team does a great job of making you feel comfortable and going over what you want out of your service!

I love my lashes!!! I love the atmosphere I would definitely go back and I definitely recommend. I did loose a few lashes the same day but she said that was normal. She was so nice and professional. I usually have a hard time keeping my eyes shut for that long if I’m not sleeping but I was actually able to be calm and relaxed. I even fell asleep. Yes!! Definitely check her out!!

It was my first time ever getting lash extensions and I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out! Noticeable yet natural. I opted for the hybrid ones and I'm glad I did. She had great ambiance and made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole appointment. I would definitely return again!
